- I understand, as a parent myself, that you want nothing but the best for your child or teenager. You strive to provide them with a nurturing and supportive environment where they can grow and flourish into happy and healthy adults. However, sometimes children may struggle with emotional or psychological difficulties that can be difficult to overcome.
- As a qualified Trauma-Informed Practitioner, my focus is to help children heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for your child to share their concerns and story, and together we work on customising a treatment plan that caters to their unique needs.

- With younger clients, I use a variety of techniques including Sand Tray Play, Art Therapy, and Music Therapy to help them express themselves and healthily process their emotions. My goal is to empower your child to make positive changes in their lives, build resilience, and develop the skills they need to help overcome any emotional challenges that come their way.
