I offer you, as parents the chance to be heard, to voice your worries or concerns, and to spend some time looking after your own Inner Child. I offer 1-2-1 sessions, or with your partner. I will also be offering group sessions, in which you can meet other parents, in a bid to stem loneliness and create community!

I aim to bring together a supportive network of parents, of all ages, genders and experiences. I will be running parent "support circles" in which you can talk freely and safely about your parenting experiences, concerns and joys.
There may be no Guidebook, but there are an amazing bunch of fellow parents, who share your fears and worries, and rejoice in your wins and happiness!
Have a look at this video, in which I guide you through a simple technique, using Neuro Linguistic Programming, to alter your body's reactions and reframe how your subconscious deals with certain emotions and situations. Using your hands, physically, ingrains the body in a somatic technique, which will have a lasting impact!
