Lighthouse Therapy for children

I offer 1-2-1 sessions, providing safe and comfortable space for your child to speak and be heard. I have over 20 years of working with children and families, in education and the mental health profession. 

The programming years of 0-7 helps your child navigate the world and their neural programming and physical bodies will subconsciously protect them from any negative emotions experienced.

I can work with any anxieties, worries, depression or loss that your child may be suffering from. We will work with the root cause, and look at ways of relaxing, breathwork and guided meditation. I work through stories, play, drawing, music and hypnotherapy.

Your child will benefit from gaining techniques for life, that will help them to calm their bodies' reactions to trauma and anxiety at any time!
